About the Opportunity
Digital Portfolio Manager 12-month max-term contract (MAT leave cover) at HCF House / Hybrid Role
Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and optimization of HCF's digital portfolio in line with strategic goals.
- Maintain the digital portfolio roadmap and collaborate on prioritization to maximize value.
- Partner with Delivery Management Office (DMO) and Enterprise Portfolio Governance (EPG) on resource allocation and governance.
- Monitor portfolio health, risks, and dependencies, escalating issues where needed.
About You
Essential:
- Proven experience in digital portfolio management, product delivery, or PMO roles.
- Strong knowledge of agile delivery frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with portfolio reporting tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and insights capability.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with product and design operations.
- Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or Lean Portfolio Management.
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
