About the Opportunity

Join Synnovis at a pivotal moment in the transformation of genomic medicine across the South East. We are delivering a new enterprise Genomics LIMS that will modernise laboratory operations, replace outdated systems, and fully integrate with the Trust’s Epic EPR. This role offers the rare chance to shape a nationally significant digital genomics platform removing manual workflows, improving patient safety, and creating a cutting‑edge environment for genomic testing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of the Phoenix Genomics LIMS
  • Cover planning, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go‑live activities
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee integrations with national digital genomics platforms
  • Ensure compliance with ISO15189, NHS England GMS standards, and information governance requirements
