Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing top-quality products. They are seeking a CAPEX Project Manager to join their Senior Leadership Teams due to growth into various export markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-value projects to modernize production and improve efficiency
- Manage projects end-to-end from concept to commissioning
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and senior leadership
- Champion innovative solutions in automation, sustainability, and performance
- Deliver projects that impact the production of a beloved brand
About You
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Proven success in delivering capital projects in FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong engineering or technical background
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders
- Natural leader who excels in fast-paced environments
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Experience in machinery refurbishment, installation, and commissioning
