Superintendent Officer Representative Assistant / Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Support the Superintending Officer (SO) and Superintending Officer Representative (SOR) in construction contract administration for large-scale airport and infrastructure projects. Coordinate designs with consultants and assist through construction, testing, and handover phases. Review contractors’ submissions, proposals, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with statutory, authority, and contract requirements. Contribute to project management activities including budgeting, claims assessment, scheduling, supervision, and progress reporting. Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and authorities while preparing reports, non-standard correspondence, and supporting ISO (9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001) compliance.

Is this role right for you?

A recognised tertiary qualification in Engineering, with eligibility for registration with the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore (or equivalent). At least 8 years’ experience in civil infrastructure or building development, including significant experience in contract administration and preferably C&S or geotechnical works. Proven experience delivering projects as a SORA (or equivalent) under PSSCOC or similar forms of contract. Strong knowledge of statutory codes, contract administration (claims, EOTs), quality control procedures, and site supervision requirements. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
