The Opportunity: Scaling a Global Payment Ecosystem
Are you an operational expert who thrives at the intersection of technology and global partnerships? We are seeking a Project Manager to join a world-leading technology brand within their Business Operations team.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the onboarding and launch of major international partners—ranging from global banks and payment networks to transit operators and loyalty schemes. You will ensure operational readiness across the EMEIA region, managing complex pipelines that impact millions of daily users.
Responsibilities
- Launch Orchestration: Lead the planning and execution for new partners and features within a world-class digital wallet ecosystem.
- Relationship Leadership: Act as the operational bridge between internal teams (Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal) and external partners to ensure seamless integration.
- Process Evolution: Identify bottlenecks and continuously streamline launch management systems, from initial pre-planning to “go-live.”
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse operational metrics and pipeline data to improve scalability and efficiency across several countries.
About You
- Experienced Lead: You have a proven track record of Operational Project Management within fast-moving, large-scale international organisations.
- Stakeholder Expert: You excel at working cross-functionally and managing high-level relationships with external corporate partners (e.g., banks or payment networks).
- Process Architect: You are passionate about implementing and managing robust operational processes that actually work.
- Agile & Hands-on: You thrive in dynamic environments where everyone “rolls up their sleeves” to deliver high-quality results.
- Curious & Innovative: You have a genuine passion for new technology, fintech tools, and digital innovation.
Eligibility
- Education: A degree in a relevant field is desirable, but we value diverse backgrounds and practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential.
- Languages: Proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage given the EMEIA scope.
- Technical Affinity: Ability to analyse complex data and processes to identify improvements.
Benefits
This is a chance to work at the heart of one of the most influential payment platforms in the world. You will work within a high-achieving, collaborative environment that offers the scale of a global giant with the agility of a fintech innovator.
