Campaign & Marketing Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Own the end to end execution and operational delivery of all product marketing campaigns and education initiatives across online and offline channels, ensuring timelines, cross functional coordination, and localization processes run flawlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Product Marketing Execution
    • Translate high level campaign strategy into detailed action plans and timelines.
    • Build and manage master campaign calendars.
    • Coordinate with Creative, ORM, Digital teams, Marketing Operations, Regional teams, HQ.
    • Run weekly cross functional alignment meetings.
    • Proactively identify risks and escalate early.
    • Ensure on time launch across all channels.
  • Education Operations
    • Manage webinar schedule planning and submission to HQ.
    • Coordinate with PMO on content requirements and deadlines.
    • Standardize webinar and seminar rollout process.
  • Campaign Operations & Process
    • Build SOPs for campaign rollout and localization.
    • Own ticket submission and tracking with internal systems.
    • Maintain asset trackers and status dashboards.
    • Collect performance inputs post campaign for reporting.
    • Improve workflow efficiency quarter over quarter.

Eligibility

4–6 years of experience in Marketing Project Management or Campaign Management.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Strong structured thinking with the ability to plan, organize, and solve problems logically.
