Regional Portfolio Manager, Colo Regional Engineering

About the Opportunity

As the Regional Portfolio Manager, you will manage the completion of quality assurance and quality control reviews, support the progress of design drawings, specifications, and documents prepared during the engineering design process to ensure regulatory and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage simultaneous projects’ engineering drawings, specifications, and documents
• Ensure quality review of technical documentation for accuracy and contract compliance
• Coordinate all engineering and architectural specifications, design drawings, and tracking submittals
• Support Regional Engineering Managers in tracking project completion
• Prepare ad hoc reports on project progress and key performance indicators
• Collaborate with technical teams to edit and improve technical documentation

About You

Knowledge of commercial industry design and construction process, experience reviewing technical and contractual documentation, strong communication and document writing skills.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Experience in managing documents in various office software.

Basic Qualifications
