About the Opportunity

Portfolio Manager - Insurance Events

£60,000–£70,000 Base + Profit Share

Fully Remote

Responsibilities

  • Spot emerging industry trends
  • Refresh and strengthen existing event propositions
  • Secure senior-level speakers
  • Ensure conferences remain relevant and engaging
  • Nurture and mature existing portfolio
  • Identify new revenue streams
  • Lead a team of producers

About You

Profile Required: Portfolio Manager - Insurance Events

  • 6+ years’ experience in conference production
  • 2+ years’ experience managing and developing Conference Producers
  • Experience within insurance, banking, or wider financial services sectors
  • Exceptional research, agenda development, and speaker acquisition skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Exposure to awards programmes a plus
