Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and branch teams
- Analyze, report, and drive operational metrics and KPIs
- Identify and mitigate security risks
- Manage financial performance and growth
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and field leadership
About You
Qualifications (Must Have):
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field with at least three (3) years of management experience
- Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field with five (5) years of management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of seven (7) years of management experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of account management experience
- Leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, agility, and client relations
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Military veteran, law enforcement, or security services experience

- Pay Rate: $75,000 to $91,000 per year
