Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and branch teams
• Analyze, report, and drive operational metrics and KPIs
• Identify and mitigate security risks
• Manage financial performance and growth
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and field leadership

About You

Qualifications (Must Have):

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field with at least three (3) years of management experience
• Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field with five (5) years of management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of seven (7) years of management experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of account management experience
• Leadership skills fostering teamwork, innovation, agility, and client relations

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Military veteran, law enforcement, or security services experience

Benefits

• Pay Rate: $75,000 to $91,000 per year
