About the Opportunity

Showroom Project Coordinator

Full Time - 34 hours per week

Permanent Contract

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 8.00pm

UK Notional hourly rate ÂŁ 14.10 per hour

B&Q Tamworth

Responsibilities

  • Support showroom teams & installers to deliver seamless and professional service for customers
  • Keep customers updated on their projects through phone, email, or face to face interactions
  • Use design software to visualize customer projects and explore possibilities
  • Recommend finance, products, and installation options

About You

Great at using technology, with excellent communication and relationship building skills

Motivated by targets, problem-solving skills, and project management abilities

Keen eye for design and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
