About the Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Assist all stakeholders with the application process
  • Liaise with and instruct professionals (Valuers, Quantity Surveyors and Solicitors)
  • Proactively manage facilities through due diligence
  • Manage a portfolio of drawn facilities
  • Produce Credit Amendment papers
  • Input loan details accurately in the requisite database system
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and efficiency
  • Undertake site visits to enhance own understanding of the scheme
  • Build up and maintain relationships with clients and professional teams

About You

Experience of Development Finance at a similar lender would be preferable. A clear and confident communicator at all levels (face to face, verbal & written). Good presentation skills and the ability to form personable relationships quickly. Ability to build and maintain long term business relationships. Detailed approach and excellent organisational skills. Ability to manage high volume of cases and ensure key stakeholders are provided correct and precise updates. Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Works well within a team. Ability to adapt to system and process changes.
