About the Opportunity

This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. The selected candidate will lead and manage tasks related to real estate and construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and coordination within real estate or construction industries
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Knowledge of design, architectural, or construction standards and best practices
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Educational background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices or certifications is a plus
