Commercial Credit Analyst & Portfolio Manager

About the Opportunity

Join Waukesha State Bank as a Credit Analyst & Portfolio Manager and play a key role in supporting our Commercial Banking Team. In this position, you'll partner closely with our Senior Credit Analysts and Chief Credit Officer to evaluate the creditworthiness of loan applicants, analyze financial statements and tax returns, and prepare comprehensive loan presentations that support sound credit decisions. You'll also conduct industry research, participate in credit committee discussions, and help ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations—all while building a strong foundation in commercial lending and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the creditworthiness of loan applicants
• Analyze financial statements and tax returns
• Prepare comprehensive loan presentations
• Conduct industry research
• Participate in credit committee discussions
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations
• Manage an assigned loan portfolio
• Work on renewals, modifications, and new credit requests
• Provide ongoing servicing needs

This is an onsite position in Waukesha County, WI.
