Synechron is seeking a skilled and dedicated PMO (Project Management Office) professional to lead our project coordination efforts. The key purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth delivery of projects through the development, implementation, and management of project management processes, methodologies, and tools. This role is vital in aligning projects with organizational goals, managing stakeholder engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the organization’s ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, thus supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Experience Level: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency, with a strong understanding of project management tools and platforms
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least several years in a PMO lead or senior project coordination position. Proven experience managing large and complex projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, successful delivery. Demonstrated success in implementing and managing project management processes and frameworks. Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and cultural contexts. Industry experience in finance, technology, or consulting services is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is highly desirable. Ongoing professional development in project management methodologies and tools.
