People Project Manager

About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Culture and Change Team on a 12-month fixed term basis as a People Project Manager. This role will work in partnership with the People Leadership Team to deliver the People Strategy through People Project Plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage People related projects (i.e. Org Design (OD) Transformations, Benefits reviews, Payroll changes) as per the agreed prioritisation
• Develop and gain agreement to project scoping, project plans, and budgets
• Review and maintain a repository of project data
• Collaborate with the wider People team and project stakeholders
• Facilitate a robust governance process across the programme of People projects

About You

Experienced Project/Programme Manager with a good understanding of project management methodology. HR background preferred.

Eligibility

Having the right to work in the UK is a requirement for this role. QBE may consider sponsorship at its discretion.
