About the Opportunity

Are you a seasoned Project Director who loves the fast-paced world of fashion and lifestyle brands and knows social? We’re looking for a hands-on leader to take the reins of one of our biggest accounts. You’ll work with a Senior Account Executive to deliver world-class content, acting as the primary point of contact for the client. We need a leader who isn’t afraid to get stuck into the details while keeping their eyes on the long-term vision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the account and be the client’s primary contact
  • Deliver exceptional work through strong processes and relationships
  • Drive and inspire teams for the best results
  • Manage account profitability, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Prevent scope creep and handle financial reporting

About You

7+ years in a senior project manager/project director role – agency-side and with experience of social. You’re the kind of person who thrives on delivering exceptional work by creating strong processes and building relationships with colleagues and clients. You enjoy being hands on, are highly organised, with lots of experience in project management. Someone who can drive and inspire our best work by bringing people and ideas together across our teams, whilst working at pace with clear communications. You’ll be the client’s lead contact and responsible for the overall success of the account, balancing client needs with agency profitability. You’re commercially astute and comfortable leading the account's profitability, including forecasting and budgeting. Managing scopes to prevent scope creep and handling financial reporting.

Eligibility

A 3 month FTC with immediate start. A hybrid role, 3 days in our Bath office, 2 days from home - remote applicants will not be considered. The role will report directly to the MD.

This role sits in our Client Services team, where you’ll be working with specialists in Organic Social, Influencer, Creative & Production teams.
