About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading investment fund based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Senior Investment Professional to join their growing global private equity platform. The organisation invests across developed and emerging markets through a diversified strategy including co-investments and fund commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation and execution of private equity investments
• Source and assess investment opportunities across global markets
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation work, and commercial due diligence
• Lead transaction processes and coordinate with advisors and partners
• Prepare investment committee materials and present opportunities internally
• Manage relationships with external managers, sponsors, and partners
• Monitor portfolio companies and fund investments
• Contribute to the development of the firm’s global private equity portfolio

About You

We are looking for senior investment professionals with experience in direct private equity investing. Candidates should have experience leading multiple private equity direct/co-investments in North America/Europe. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required, as well as a willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi. A strong academic background from a leading university in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline is preferred. We value team players with a low ego.
