Facilities Operations and Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Power and Water Corporation is seeking a Facilities Operations and Project Coordinator to join their team in Darwin, Northern Territory. This role involves providing technical coordination and delivery support across corporate sites, assisting in planning and executing maintenance programs and minor works projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors and support procurement activities
• Ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly, and fit for purpose
• Manage multiple asset and service disciplines
• Contribute to asset lifecycle planning

About You

The ideal candidate will have practical experience in facilities maintenance or minor works coordination. Strong organisational skills, technical judgement, and understanding of WHS and contractor management are essential. An AQF Certificate III (or higher) in a relevant discipline is required.

Eligibility

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants meeting essential criteria will be given priority selection under an approved Special Measures Plan.
