About the Opportunity

Project Director - Commercial Real Estate Sector

Independent Project Consultancy

£100,000-£130,000 + bonus + benefits, London

Responsibilities

  • Oversee new projects in office, retail, hotel, and residential sectors
  • Manage projects ranging from £20m-£100m
  • Ensure successful delivery under JCT contract

About You

10+ years' project management experience within a project consultancy

Track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contract

Experienced in new build, cut and carve, or CAT A projects

Ideally chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise

Eligibility

Structured mentoring programme

Pathway to Director level

Low staff turnover
