Responsibilities

• Set the charter for a portfolio of programs
• Lead high-risk initiatives that touch multiple areas of the business
• Plan and execute complex projects
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration
• Monitor and report on program performance
• Identify and manage risks
• Drive process improvement
• Mentor and manage a team of program and project managers

About You

You have 10+ years of experience in program or technical project management. Proficient in various project management methodologies and possess analytical, communication, and influencing skills. Experience in leading major technology programs would be valued.

Eligibility

A deep understanding of financial crime technology, payments, and financial systems is beneficial. Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
