Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of new raw material and packaging suppliers, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Present project updates and status reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage supplier-driven changes through the QualityOne system.
  • Strengthen and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers.
  • Own the monthly PPV reporting process.
  • Support local portfolio purchasing activities and associated processes.

About The Role

Location: Hull, HU8 7DS

Our Procurement Project Coordinator plays a key role in delivering procurement led projects and managing supplier driven changes that impact raw and packaging materials for our Hull factory. They act as the essential link between the Hull site, Global Procurement and the supplier, providing dedicated local support across a wide range of procurement activities.

About You

The experience we're looking for:

  • 2 years of experience in procurement or project based roles (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills
  • High skill on Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Autonomous, independent to take decisions
