Project Director (Cost Management) – Data Centre (CSA)

Responsibilities

• Manage large scale, complex projects in Data Centres
• Develop and deliver on a business plan for >20% annual growth
• Align sector ambition with business operations

About You

You should have:

• Over 10 years’ experience managing Data Centre or similar projects
• Established network with the industry supply chain
• Strong understanding of European design/code requirements and industry trends
• Proven track record managing large projects or programmes of work
• Experience in variety of methods of procurement and forms of contract
• Multilingual candidates preferred (German advantageous) with excellent communication skills

Eligibility

Degree qualified in construction and/or engineering. Professional memberships desirable.
