About the Opportunity

As the Enterprise Transformation Management Office (ETMO) Lead, you will play an active role in shaping, establishing and delivering a programme office to support key strategic programmes across the Allianz UK business, raising the level of change delivery capability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and run the programme office for key strategic programmes
• Ensure proportionate governance is in place for successful delivery
• Provide support for team members
• Look for opportunities to improve programme management office capability
• Provide project and programme reporting
• Provide planning support
• Control scope, milestones, and financial aspects
• Identify and track dependencies
• Support financial control and tracking of resources
• Ensure programme quality through application of Allianz quality standards

About You

You will need to have a background in hands-on data engineering, strong communication skills, understanding of programme offices, experience in complex programmes, ability to influence key stakeholders, organizational skills, and experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery practices.

Eligibility

Experience in Change Delivery, Project / Programme Offices, financial tracking and analysis, and proficiency in commissioning and execution of key programme governance forums is required.
