Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of offshore maintenance and turnaround projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and reporting.
• Support project managers in executing work in line with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and progress, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Drive close-out activities including documentation, lessons learned, and improvement actions.

About You

Background in industrial services (highly advantageous). Offshore project experience (very highly regarded). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Eligibility

Tertiary or trade background in a related field or more than 5 years demonstrated oil and gas experience including supervision as a minimum. It would be ideal if you come from an offshore background and have offshore in-date tickets.
