About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our project management team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your project management skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and supporting project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking project timelines.
  • Support senior project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, documentation, and budgets.
  • Help organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing project risks and issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure task execution.
  • Track project expenses and assist in budget management.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and management software.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team.

About You

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with risk management and budgeting processes.
  • Certification or coursework in project management is a plus.
