Job Opportunity: Junior Project Coordinator

Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • Project Scheduling: Assist in creating and updating project timelines; monitor task completion to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Administrative Support: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document detailed meeting minutes (MoM) for distribution to stakeholders.
  • Resource Tracking: Maintain project folders and ensure all technical or business documentation is centralized and accessible.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact between internal teams (e.g., Tech, Marketing, Finance) to follow up on outstanding action items.
  • Status Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly/monthly progress reports for management using tools like Excel, Jira, or Trello.
  • Budget Support: (Optional) Assist in tracking project expenses and processing vendor invoices.

About You

What We Are Looking For

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
  • Familiarity with project tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com is a strong plus.

Soft Skills:

  • High Attention to Detail: You are someone who catches the small errors in a report.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills (essential for coordinating with diverse teams in Singapore).
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Competitive monthly package (S$3,200 – S$4,500 based on experience).
