Responsibilities
- Manage Capital, Lifecycle, and Small Project works including design management, estimating, sub-contractor procurement, resource planning, and implementation of contract or on occasion direct labor.
- Work with the Establishment team to ensure all works quotations are completed and returned within the Project related KPI.
- Prepare regular project reports for the Senior Project Manager relating to Capital, Lifecycle, and Small Works projects, including additional ad-hoc technical and financial reports as required.
- Responsible for the electronic updating of project tracking and reporting software for all projects being managed for the whole life of the project in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain effective and efficient working relationships and communication with Stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for:
- Technically qualified to a minimum of HNC (Electrical or Building Services) or relevant Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the management of multi-disciplinary projects.
- Desirable to hold a professional qualification in a building services or related discipline or Project Management.
- CDM Awareness and hold a CSCS card or equivalent and SMSTS or IOSH H&S Managing Safely Certification.
- Must have experience in leading and delivering H&S excellence and champion Injury Free Environment initiatives.
- Proven experienced in delivering multiple complex projects up to a value of circa £1.5M, demonstrate experience of high calibre trouble shooting where required.
- Robust, measurable experience of CDM regulations is a mandate, and the desire to successfully deliver the proposals for the new legislation.
