Job Title: Controls Integration Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Controls Integration Coordinator to support controls integration work for a large-scale data center project. This role involves working closely with project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to coordinate controls-related activities, track progress, and facilitate communication between technical teams and the customer. The position is ideal for someone with experience in controls or automation, who can effectively interact with clients and internal teams to support project execution.

Responsibilities

• Support controls integration efforts for a large data center project.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and deliverables with engineering and site teams.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for client communication related to controls and automation topics.
• Track project status, action items, and milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assist Project Managers and Controls Engineers with documentation, reporting, and coordination.
• Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams to support alignment and issue resolution.
• Ensure controls work aligns with project scope, timelines, and customer expectations.

About You

Essential Skills

• Experience in industrial automation or controls engineering environments.
• Working knowledge of Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley PLC platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and clients.
• Experience supporting projects in a coordinator, controls, engineering, or field-based role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Tulsa, OK for approximately 6 months, then based in Chesterfield, MO.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience supporting controls integration projects.
• Exposure to data centers, industrial facilities, or large capital projects.
• Familiarity with PLC-based control systems, HMIs, and industrial networking.
• Prior experience working alongside project managers or engineering teams.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $170,000.00/yr.
