Project Coordinator

Location: Remote but EST preferred time zone

Rate: $25-30/ hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist with intake and tracking of AI use case submissions.
  • Schedule meetings and send agendas, materials, and reminders.
  • Take notes and capture action items during review meetings.
  • Update ServiceNow records and basic tracking logs.
  • Respond to routine process questions using documented guidance.
  • Route complex questions to senior team members or subject‑matter experts.
  • Provide status updates and follow‑up reminders as directed.

About You

Qualified candidates will have the following skillsets:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role.
  • Experience working with calendars, meetings, and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to follow defined processes and instructions.
