About the Opportunity

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Project Officer / Project Executive / Project Coordinator based in Singapore. While the position requires working at the office, it offers flexibility to work from home at times. The individual will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Key tasks include coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope. The role also involves addressing logistical issues, preparing reports, and supporting communication efforts to ensure alignment across all parties.

  • Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
