About The Roles

You will lead a high performing finance team across a diverse telecommunications portfolio, delivering high quality financial reporting, forecasting and insights while strengthening processes, supporting automation initiatives, and partnering with the business to enable better decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly results, forecasting, budgeting and WIP reviews to support accurate financial performance
• Provide clear, actionable financial insights that influence operational and commercial decision making
• Strengthen financial processes, improve standardisation and champion automation initiatives
• Ensure compliance, strong financial controls and high quality reporting across complex contract environments
• Collaborate closely with project and commercial teams to drive performance uplift and support continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in a finance related field
CA/CPA qualification
Strong financial management experience in complex, multi contract environments
People leadership experience within finance
Experience in telecommunications, infrastructure or technical project environments
Strong technical accounting capability and analytical skills
Experience with SAP and financial modelling/Power BI preferred
Interest or experience in process automation, workflow optimisation, or finance systems transformation
Comfort working in data rich, fast paced environments with multiple stakeholders
