About Our Client

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a small, close-knit team in a client-side role, managing a portfolio of well-known and highly sought-after Perth assets. Our client is a well-established private property investment group with a long-standing presence in the Perth market, recognized for owning and managing a quality portfolio of hospitality and office properties.

The Opportunity

This Portfolio Manager role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end management of a quality portfolio of hospitality and office assets located throughout Perth. Working directly for the landlord, you will be responsible for overseeing tenant relationships, financial management, leasing negotiations, and the overall operational performance of the portfolio. This role will suit a commercially minded property professional who enjoys autonomy, has strong financial capability, and is confident managing assets from both an operational and financial perspective.

Property Management

  • End-to-end management of a portfolio of hospitality and office assets
  • Liaising with tenants and managing day-to-day landlord responsibilities
  • Conducting regular property inspections
  • Coordinating maintenance and operational matters across the portfolio

Leasing & Tenant Management

  • Negotiating lease renewals and options
  • Managing lease restructures and tenant negotiations
  • Supporting relocations, refurbishments, and incentive negotiations

Financial Management

  • Preparing property budgets and forecasts
  • Managing outgoings budgets and reconciliations
  • Monitoring financial performance across the portfolio
  • Assisting with financial reporting and property audits

Portfolio Administration

  • Maintaining accurate lease and property documentation
  • Coordinating reporting and portfolio data management
  • Supporting asset management initiatives where required

About You

3-5 years experience managing your own commercial or retail property portfolio. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and outgoings. Ability to manage property assets end-to-end with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and tenant relationship management skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. MRI experience highly advantageous.
