About the Opportunity

FX Sales | Base £40k–£60k (Y1 OTE £90k-100k) | London

We’re working with a London based financial services firm with a strong and established reputation in the FX industry. They’re looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join their sales team and build high-value corporate client portfolios from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of leads
  • Generating new business through proactive outreach to C-suite decision-makers in mid-to-large corporates (£30m–£300m turnover)
  • Developing and closing opportunities via a consultative, solutions-led sales process
  • Working with internal analysts and strategists to deliver tailored risk management strategies
  • Managing and growing your portfolio post-sale to drive retention and revenue expansion
  • Progressing toward independently managing trading relationships for your client base

About You

Experience in finance, FX, or sales isn’t required. They are looking for individuals with the following characteristics:

  • Competitive, ambitious, and resilient
  • Strong communicator
  • Coachable and able to act quickly on feedback
  • Commercially curious with interest in financial markets and business
  • Motivated by ownership, progression, and uncapped earnings

Eligibility

No specific experience required. Looking for individuals with the right characteristics and mindset.
