Deputy Project Director

About the Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Building and leading the Project Team reporting to the project director
• Working with key business functions (HSE, quality, engineering, supply chain, procurement) to deliver the project
• Establishing and communicating project goals and ensuring they are fully understood and met throughout the project and within the organization
• Establishing and maintaining clear lines of communication within the Customer and Project Organization
• Monitoring the project's performance in a systematic way and ensuring that performance is communicated to the customer and SPS Project Director
• Taking operational ownership for product delivery and execution through the global supply chain

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have demonstrable experience in Project Management with execution of Projects, within Oil & Gas or Subsea businesses
• Possess a Project management certification/ Degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience
• Have a proven track record in driving and delivering large Subsea System Projects
• Be able to lead a multifunctional global team in a matrix organization
