Responsibilities

  • Champion and implement effective project delivery
  • Definition and agreement of appropriate methodologies, governance, and reporting mechanisms
  • Proactive risk and issue management
  • Managing commercial processes
  • Delivering change management activities
  • Manage communication and engagement with project stakeholders
  • Lead and contribute to wider National Estates team initiatives

About You

Skills:

Advanced:

  • Stakeholder Management
  • RAID Log Management
  • PPM Resource planning & forecasting

Intermediate:

  • Commercial & procurement management
  • PPM Reporting data collection & analysis

Foundation:

  • Programme Management
  • Portfolio Balancing and Prioritisation

Additionally:

  • Ability to analyse and use programme and project management information
  • Good interpersonal skills

Eligibility

Essential Experience:

  • Experience of senior management within a complex change portfolio
  • Experience of managing complex projects in line with corporate standards

Desirable Experience:

  • Good levels of previous experience working within a programme management environment
  • Previous experience of working in (local) government, a security agency or policing

Benefits

Salary: £48,995 starting salary

Location Allowance: £2,009

Non-pensionable allowance: £1,000
