About the Opportunity

Project Director / Head of Civil Projects Based between Abuja & Lagos, Company: a leading real estate & infrastructure firm

Estimated pay: $7K to 7.5K USD pm + Accommodation + Transport with driver + Medical Ins + Flights.

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for construction and project management of luxury residential apartments and hotel complex in Abuja
  • Manage a high rise residential building project in Lagos
  • Oversee other construction projects within the wider portfolio as it grows

About You

Required Profile:

  • 15+ years experience in construction rising to projects manager level
  • Must have experience handling multiple construction, buildings projects simultaneously
  • Civil contracting background
  • Former work experience in Africa is preferred
  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering
