About the Opportunity

BluPool Services is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to assist with the planning, coordination, and control of swimming pool construction and renovation projects. This role bridges the gap between field operations and office coordination, ensuring projects run efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate swimming pool construction and renovation projects
  • Schedule labor and resources for construction jobs
  • Monitor project progress and update internal systems
  • Communicate with clients regarding project updates
  • Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking
  • Ensure safety analysis forms are completed for all sites
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Liaise with site foremen and technicians
  • Assist with procurement and material planning when required

About You

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in construction project coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Eligibility
