About the Opportunity

General communication with customers, auditors, office staff, and other company personnel.

负责公司外部客户与公司内部沟通

Responsibilities

  • Response to customer inquiries, work with sales/engineer for quotation/test plan.
  • 处理客户咨询,协助销售/工程师制作测试计划和报价
  • Entry and processing of all projects using company computer systems and database.
  • 使用公司电脑系统安排项目和文件数据维护
  • Project Management: Information collection, project completion, billing, payment, and closure of the project.
  • 管理相关项目包括订单创建,文件准备,样品处理,协调分包,监督付款情况等
  • Assist supervisor with handling clients' requests and team development.
  • 协助主管处理客户要求和团队发展

About You

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above with CET-6 at least.
  • 本科以上学历,英语六级

  • Familiar with office software and good at Excel skills.
