Design Project Coordinator (Fluent English Required, HK Based)

About the Opportunity

Your role will be diverse, challenging and stimulating in driving a luxurious standard of ‘Design Excellence’ across all areas of Macao properties from Hotel, F&B, Gaming, MICE Space and public community spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective design project coordination in design delivery process as part of a high performing results-oriented team.
• Provide support and back-up in preparing design presentations, reports and interior design briefs.
• Research and select mood images, perform Photoshop adjustments, sample boards, visual presentations.
• Assist with consultant contract documentation, RFP’s, meeting minutes and any other project related documentation.
• Maintain file management system for all project related documentation for all projects.
• Manage the incoming and outgoing information flow for all projects.
• Track internal and external reviews for all active projects.
• Work closely with internal business units, external consultants and vendors.
• Coordinate project information with Macao and gather specific project information throughout the design phases.
• Assist with creating master templates to monitor the design process deliverables and approvals.
• Provide executive presentation support and prepare presentations to senior executives.
• Assist with project administration duties with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with administrative functions such as copying, filing, scheduling conference calls, preparing meeting minutes, preparing design review responses and scheduling design meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

About You

Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in Interior Design, Graphic Design or related fields. 2+ years of relevant experience preferably gained within the luxury sector at major ID/Consultancy firms, Hospitality and/or Development companies. Outstanding fresh graduates from leading universities in Hong Kong or overseas, ideally with internship experience, may also be considered. Equipped with good IT skills such as Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office. Familiar with Oracle ACONEX and/or AutoCAD would have an advantage. Possess professional attributes with a strong desire for collaborative team culture to thrive within. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment under pressure and meet challenging deadlines. Fluent in English is a MUST while Basic in Cantonese and Mandarin are desirable. Business travel to Macao when required. You will be based in Hong Kong for this role.
