Portfolio Manager, Global Occupier Services, APAC

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our growing team within Integrated Portfolio Management, Global Occupier Services, Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield. Our Global Occupier Services (GOS) team creates, optimizes, and protects value by providing strategic real estate solutions through a single platform. The primary responsibility of this role is to liaise with the Client and internal resources to deliver a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with relationship management and required reporting
• Work with Client Corporate Real Estate Team and local Business Unit leads to understand requirements and build transactional strategies
• Manage the delivery of real estate services with a focus on effective management of functions, contracts, negotiations, and all transaction services
• Initiate new projects, dispositions, and renewals
• Lead, direct, and provide strategic guidance on transactions
• Develop and grow relationships with clients, vendors, landlords, and other retail users

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Real Estate or business-related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in commercial real estate brokerage or consulting
• Experience, knowledge, and interest in the fundamentals of real estate
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Putonghua)
