About the Opportunity

Our Project Team is growing and we are on the lookout for the next superstar to join and assist our scaling team at our newly acquired office on St Kilda Road, close to public transport and a vibrant precinct. Sourci is a fast-growing & industry disruptive scale-up that helps Australian businesses save time & money! We do this by helping companies in every industry source, manufacture, and import from vendors all over the world. We’ve been able to help hundreds of Australian, New Zealand, UK, and USA based clients source and manufacture a wide variety of products worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with quotes, costing sheets, packing lists, audits, and pre & post production documentation.
  • Coordinate samples, swatches, lab dips, and client submissions, including accurate filing, tracking, and courier logistics.
  • Support Production Managers by obtaining approvals, tracking sign offs, and ensuring samples and documentation are distributed and filed correctly.
  • Maintain accurate work in progress (WIP) documents, production timelines, and schedules, ensuring updates are reflected across systems.

About You

We’re seeking a highly organised, detail driven Project Coordinator / Assistant to support our fast-paced projects and client operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping admin, documentation, timelines, and communications accurate and up to date, while supporting the Commercial manager & their team. This is a hands on role suited to someone who is comfortable managing a high volume of administrative and data driven tasks, can work across multiple priorities at once, and brings structure and consistency to day to day operations.

Eligibility

Proven experience or strong interest in project coordination, account support, admin support or production related roles. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently. High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry and documentation.
