About the Opportunity
We're hiring - Senior Leasing and Portfolio Manager Developer-side. No agency layer. Full ownership. Leadmark is an Australian property developer delivering industrial, commercial, and mixed-use assets - and we're growing. We're looking for an experienced leasing professional to take full ownership of leasing and portfolio management across our expanding asset base.
Responsibilities
- Represent Leadmark in the market
- Manage full leasing lifecycle from enquiry through to execution
- Oversee ongoing portfolio administration including invoicing, lease management, and tenant relationships
- Work directly with leadership and contribute to leasing strategy and performance
About You
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial leasing experience
- Direct experience representing landlords or developers
- Strong negotiation and deal execution capability
- NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Experience with property management systems
