Portfolio Manager

About the Opportunity

Roundtree Search have partnered with a growing investment fund, entrenched within Development and Real Estate Investment finance. The role (and Head office of the group) is based in Sydney. As a group, the leadership team are aligned in their goals to double their current AUM in the next 2 years. Currently their typical loan size range between $2m - $20m. The role of Portfolio Manager will report into the Head of Portfolio Management. All Portfolio Managers are incentivised by an uncapped bonus potential. Portfolio Managers are expected to source potential investment opportunities and act as a primary point of contact for their broker network. Once a potential deal is in play, the Portfolio Manager will be expected to write up the credit paper and work closely with the credit team to structure the deal and take it through to a successful Investment Committee.

Responsibilities

• Run credit investment transactions from "end-to-end"
• Be comfortable in front of a range of stakeholders e.g. Company Founders, Fund Managers, Lenders, and Credit Managers
• Have a results-driven, customer-focused mindset
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Thrive in a competitive industry
• Have 5+ years of experience within Real Estate Finance
• Enjoy working in a team of like-minded individuals

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience running a credit investment transaction from "end-to-end"
• Be comfortable in front of a range of stakeholders e.g. Company Founders, Fund Managers, Lenders, and Credit Managers
• Have a results-driven, customer-focused mindset
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Thrive in a competitive industry
• Have 5+ years of experience within Real Estate Finance
