Responsibilities

• Manage small-scale security projects independently and ensure timely delivery as required in accordance with guidelines.
• Clear understanding of project requirements and provide support to the daily security project management and coordination.
• Coordinate project handover, documentation, and final delivery to meet GS requirements.
• Conduct effective internal and external communications with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, update project status, and escalate risks or delays in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing equipment inventory and updating documents.
• Perform other project coordination duties assigned.

About You

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering studies or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience coordinating or managing small-scale security/ELV projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Prior experience working with or adhering to customer-specific security guidelines/standards.
• Ability to independently manage small-scale security projects and deliver on time.
• Experience in system implementation, testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
