We are looking for a passionate and professional Project Director to join our team to help us with our mission of helping charities improve their backend operations and serve their clients better. This role oversees the management of the multi-year multi-phase Stakeholder Management System (SMS) programme, and change management of the multiple stakeholders from across charity and government sectors.
You have a proven track record overseeing multi-year multi-phase Programmes in complex environments. You have the ability to provide thought leadership, and to influence Board and senior leaders. You possess ability to adapt best practices and forge frameworks to yield higher Productivity and Quality. You possess knowledge of Product Management, Programme Management, Systems Thinking and System Design & Development paradigms and methodologies. You are experienced with overseeing Change Management. You have knowledge and/or experience of Charity Sector (sector leads, charities' operating models, grants). You have experience working in a sector lead or in a charity or as a volunteer. You have knowledge of organisational development paradigms, business process efficiencies, corporate governance, digital strategy and technology risk management. You have knowledge of government or regulatory requirements for charities.
