Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

• Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?

You will ensure safe working practices across all project activities and support the completion of RAMS and CPPs. Your financial duties include creating invoices, managing PO support, and assisting with logistics and store quotations. You will complete daily whereabouts, maintain systems and trackers, manage access, schedule works, book stores and equipment, and carry out any tasks needed for project delivery. You will provide administrative support to Project Managers, liaise with Warehouse Teams, attend customer and supply‑chain meetings, and build strong internal and external relationships. You will also participate in documented 1:1s, attend team meetings, drive improvement initiatives, complete training on time, and ensure accurate time booking via FSL.

What you’ll bring?

You will possess the ability to support projects effectively, with experience in project administration desirable but not essential. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ideally have financial awareness with cost or sales tracking exposure. You work with accuracy, efficiency and strong organisation, communicate professionally, and deliver excellent customer service. You learn new systems quickly, manage multiple tasks confidently, and thrive both independently and as part of a team.
