About the Opportunity

This job opportunity involves responsibilities related to quoting, contract preparation, contract submission, scheduling assistance, international transportation certificate coordination, payment collection, supplier database maintenance, project completion, and adherence to internal project management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit quotes/contracts
  • Assist in scheduling
  • Coordinate international transportation certificates
  • Collect payments and follow up on accounts receivable
  • Maintain supplier database
  • Adhere to internal project management processes
  • Perform other delegated tasks

About You

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English and PC skills, quick learning ability, strong service orientation, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Good command of English and PC skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and strong sense of service
  • Capable of multitasking
