Project Director - Events AgencyRemote - Accessible to London£45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience. Fantastic role for an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Director with a focus on logistics to join this growing boutique events agency!

This lovely events agency works with a range of clients across various industry sectors to deliver engaging experiences in a live, hybrid, or virtual format. From conferences, to incentives, gala dinners, and awards ceremonies they work with each client from initial concept to execution to deliver a high-quality event every time! With a friendly and collaborative culture, they work successfully fully remote, easy accessibility to London is important.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end running of a range of large scale, complex corporate events
• Oversee delegate registration and management via Cvent
• Manage large budgets
• Source venues and manage rooming lists
• Work with suppliers and internal teams
• On-site event management and international travel

About You

From an events logistics agency background, you will have led your own global and large scale event projects end to end and be a stickler for detail. You have a strong MICE background and understand corporate events from conferences to incentives and exhibitions. You are super organized with excellent time management skills and have used agency project management software - ideally Procim and Cvent. There will be mentoring as part of this role and supporting the development of juniors and project managers.
