About the Opportunity

Seeking Senior or Director level Project Managers working in Construction, looking to transition into Construction Technology. Our client is a VC-backed, high-growth ConTech business transforming how major construction projects are delivered. Their AI-powered platform automates on-site progress tracking, enabling contractors, consultants and asset owners to improve planning accuracy, increase efficiency and reduce costly delays.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop senior stakeholder relationships across contractors and asset owners
• Drive upsells and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Executives
• Monitor account health, value realisation, and revenue forecasting
• Secure executive sponsorship and increase product adoption across projects
• Lead change management conversations within complex construction environments
• Translate customer insight into product and commercial feedback
• Support advocacy initiatives including case studies and market visibility

About You

Extensive experience in construction project management. Deep understanding of commercial and operational construction processes. Credible influencing senior and executive stakeholders. Strong communicator - confident on-site and in the boardroom. Proactive, high ownership, comfortable in a scaling environment.

Eligibility

Senior or Director level Project Managers with experience in Construction.
