About the Opportunity

We're working with a leading global financial services powerhouse on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a high-impact Technical Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of critical banking platforms and infrastructure initiatives.

In this high-visibility role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering teams and executive leadership to redefine how banking technology operates. You will take ownership of end-to-end application builds, ensuring that data privacy, encryption, and regulatory requirements are baked into every technology workstream you lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of critical technology workstreams across diverse banking platforms, coordinating globally distributed engineering teams.
• Define and execute the technology roadmap for core service offerings, including custody, account opening, data, and cash management systems.
• Manage complex application builds from architectural design through to deployment, ensuring seamless platform integration across enterprise systems.
• Navigate the complexities of data privacy and encryption protocols to ensure all technical delivery meets stringent global regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for senior stakeholders and regional executives to ensure alignment on project milestones and product strategy.

About You

What You'll Need

• Proven track record as a Technical Project Manager within the Banking or Financial Services sector (FinTech experience is a plus).
• Deep expertise in enterprise-level application delivery, engineering management, and complex system integrations.
• Technical fluency in data privacy, encryption standards, and the nuances of client onboarding technology.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional projects across multiple technology product groups and globally distributed teams.
• Prior experience or knowledge of the Middle East market (specifically Saudi Arabia) and a willingness to travel for onsite workshops and meetings.
